Are you exhausted, doing everything "right," and still don't recognize your body in the mirror?

We help nerdy corporate women and desk workers drop body fat, get stronger, and finally feel confident in their clothes again in 6 months or less so they can show up fully at work, at home, and in the hobbies they love again.

Sound familiar?

  • You start eating "clean" Monday and by Thursday you're too exhausted to care

  • Every fitness program assumes you have unlimited time, energy, and a 5am wake-up in you. They’re not someone who just got out of back-to-back meetings and whose hobby is having hobbies.

  • You've lost the weight before, gained it back, and now you don't trust yourself to stick to anything

  • You can handle everything else in your life — work, family, everyone else's needs — but somehow not this

The problem isn't your willpower. It's that every program out there was built for someone else's life.

But Why Should You Listen to Me?

I've lived in two worlds my whole life. On one side: anime, gaming, cosplay (the stuff that makes me me). On the other: years of trying to "fix" my body, and destroying myself in the process, all while working a high-stress corporate job as the intranet manager for a large company. I was always "on," running on fumes.

I tried every diet, every program, all the way into competitive bodybuilding. On paper, I was winning and getting trophies. But my hair was falling out, I was constantly cold, and my relationship with food was in pieces. I was being rewarded for punishing my body.

Even in cosplay, the place I thought I'd finally belong, I noticed the same pattern: the praise rarely went to the craftsmanship. It went to how someone looked in it. Same cycle, different audience.

That's when I decided to rewrite the rules. I got certified (while still working that same corporate job full-time) and spent years building a system for real clients with real, busy, complicated lives. I'm not a coach who's never sat through back-to-back meetings. I've lived it.

Now I help nerdy corporate women and desk workers who are exhausted, stuck, and tired of feeling like a stranger in their own body, lose fat and get their life back, without giving up the things that make them who they are.

3 MISTAKES MOST NERDY CORPORATE WOMEN MAKE

Mistake #1: "I just need to eat less and try harder."

This is a problem because you're probably already under-eating- chronically, sometimes for years- and adding more restriction on top of an already-depleted body doesn't create discipline. It creates inconsistency: barely eating all day, then overeating at night because your body is genuinely starving, followed by guilt, followed by restricting even harder the next day. Your metabolism adapts downward to match the little you're feeding it, so the cycle just keeps repeating.

Which ultimately means: the harder you try using this approach, the worse the cycle gets and you walk away thinking you're the problem, when really, the math never worked in the first place.

Uncover

Mistake #2: "I just need a good plan, and I'll figure out the rest."

This is a problem because a plan alone was never the missing piece. You've probably had plans before. What you didn't have was someone actually customizing it and coaching you through it: adjusting when life gets in the way, helping you problem-solve instead of just handing over a PDF and disappearing. That's exactly why every coach on our team goes through a coaching mindset certification, not just a fitness certification because the actual value of a coach isn't the plan, it's the coaching. And if you're neurodivergent or navigating a disability or executive dysfunction on top of everything else, generic advice like "just be more consistent" isn't coaching at all- it's a program set up to fail you. Our team includes a licensed Occupational Therapist and a coach who specializes in neurodivergent-affirming mindset work, for exactly that reason.

Which ultimately means: you blame yourself for "lacking discipline" when the real issue was never the plan. It was that nobody was actually coaching you through it, in a way built for your life and your brain.

Mistake #3: "I have to choose between taking care of myself and everything else I care about."

This is a problem because when getting healthy means giving up the hobbies, the conventions, the late nights with a good book, it stops being sustainable. Nobody sticks to a program that requires them to disappear. And it's backwards anyway: showing up for your training and your nutrition doesn't drain the energy you have for everything else you love, it's what gives you more of it back.

Which ultimately means: you either white-knuckle it until you burn out, or you never start at all, convinced that being "fit" and being yourself are mutually exclusive. When in reality, taking care of yourself is what lets you actually show up for the rest of your life.

Here's what almost nobody tells you: if you've been doing everything "right" and your body still isn't responding, the answer usually isn't eating less. It's that you've been chronically under-fueling a stressed, exhausted body and it's holding on for dear life.

Instead, what we do is build your foundation first. Sleep, consistent meals, real fuel- before we ever touch a deficit. We stop treating your body like the enemy and start treating it like a system that's been trying to protect you.

Which leads to more energy, food that finally feels like it's working for you instead of against you, and results that don't require you to disappear from your own life to get them.

And ultimately: you stop feeling like a passenger in your own body, and start feeling like yourself again. The version of you that has energy left over for the people and things you love.

She doesn't have a willpower problem. She has a strategy problem.

We fix that using our Level Up System:

LVL 1: Character Creation

We lock in your foundations first: consistent meals, better sleep, steady energy. For most clients, this means slowly building your food back up to the amount your body actually needs to run well — often where your body tones up, before we've even cut a single calorie.

You'll notice: more energy, better sleep, steadier moods, fewer cravings.

LVL 2: Power Up

With your foundation built, we shift your nutrition to match your specific goal. Eating a bit less than you burn if you're chasing fat loss or a bit more if you're building muscle. Because the groundwork is already there, this phase moves faster and without the crashes.

You'll notice: clothes fitting differently, visible strength gains, real changes in your body — all while eating more food than most restrictive diets would ever allow.

LVL 3: Quest Continues

We'll adjust your calories and lock in your long-term strategy. No more guessing, no more crash dieting. You’ll learn habits and systems that let you keep your results for good.

You'll notice: confidence in maintaining your body without constant tracking or restriction.

What Actually Happens on Your Call

Let's be honest- this is a sales call and how people join the program.

I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

This isn't a free advice call nor a high pressure pitch. We'll be doing figuring out two things.

I want to know we vibe.

I need to know you're going to actually fit with this community. People show up to our calls painting minis, mid-crochet project, between raid nights. We have clients who are autistic, who have ADHD, who are disabled, who are gay. I need to know you're the kind of person who's not just okay with that- you're excited by it and feel like you belong. This community is built by and for people like that, and it only works if everyone in it feels safe being fully themselves.

I need to know I can actually help you

I'm not someone who signs on clients I don't think I can help. That's not good for you, and it's not good for me either. So we'll talk through what's actually been stalling your progress, and I'll be honest with you about whether this program is the right fit.

If both of those check out, I'll invite you to join. If they don't, I'll tell you that too. This call is for people who are serious about actually making a change, not just gathering free advice.

What You might be thinking.?!

"I think I can just figure this out myself."

You're smart and resourceful. You've probably already spent hours researching this on your own. But you don't have a willpower problem. You have a strategy problem, and information isn't the same as a strategy. Having someone who's already walked hundreds of people through this gets you there faster than piecing it together alone ever will.

"My situation is different and more complicated than most."

Every client I've worked with has thought this. Shelby thought balancing two kids, a full-time job, and grad school made her impossible to help. That's exactly why cookie-cutter programs fail and why a program built around your actual life, your actual schedule, works when the generic version never did.

"I'm neurodivergent / disabled / dealing with something that makes this harder for me."

This isn't a footnote for us. It's part of how we build your program from day one. Our team includes a licensed Occupational Therapist and a coach who specializes in neurodivergent-affirming coaching, and plenty of our clients are autistic, have ADHD, or are managing chronic conditions. You don't need to hide that on the call. Bring it. It helps us build something that actually works for you.

"I'm not sure I can afford it right now."

Consider what you've already spent- gym memberships you don't use, programs you abandoned, clothes that don't fit anymore. This isn't another expense on that pile. It's the thing that stops the pile from growing.
