List 2-3 frivolous things you are currently spending too much money on that are not conducive to your health goals. (MTG cards, fast food, dice, games, etc.) On average, how much do you think you spend each month on those things?

Working with me to hit your health goals is a commitment both financially, timewise and mentally. Healthbar Fitness is high-touch, 1:1 coaching, not just a program handed to you. We work specifically with women who identify as nerdy, corporate professionals and desk workers, and every coach is trained in mindset work, which matters especially for our neurodivergent clients. Most clients invest around $400–500/month. With that in mind, which of the following best describes your current financial situation? *

A. I have the financial resources and I'm ready to do whatever it takes to achieve my goals. I'm looking forward to working with Healthbar Fitness.

B. I have financial resources but I am curious about how your program works and want to make sure it is a good fit for me.

C. My budget is tight, but if I'm confident the program can GUARANTEE results, I'm prepared to commit.

D. I do not have at least $400/month to invest in myself but would still like to chat.
